Alternatively we can stock the fridge with ingredients for meals for a week, recipes on the fridge door and all grouped together or you could mix & match veggies with meats of your choice. Another choice is partially prepared meals [spiced, chopped & ready to cook]. Just let us know what your favorites are, how you like to eat and we will prepare a plan with you on what to purchase. We prefer simple but delicious, healthy and balanced.
